WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES LISSFIN ACCEPT?
Both card and cash is accepted at Lissfin. We currently don't accept any cheques.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING?
To secure your appointment you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit. This will be taken off the total of your appointment.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
All bookings must be cancelled with as much notice as possible. Any appointment that is cancelled with more than 24hrs notice will not be charged. Any appointment cancelled within the 24hrs notice will result in a 50% charge of the service. Clients who don't show up to their appointment without letting me know will result in an 80% charge of the service booked.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Only one person is allowed to accompany you to your appointment due to space in the salon. Children are not allowed due to insurance purposes.
DO CERTAIN TREATMENTS REQUIRE A PATCH TEST?
The majority of our services require a patch test 48hrs before your appointment. Brow shaping and makeup appointments are the only services that do not require a patch test.
DO I NEED TO ARRIVE AT MY APPOINTMENT EARLY OR AT THE TIME SCHEDULED?
All clients are required to come 5 minutes before their appointment. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late to their appointment will result in their appointment being rescheduled.
WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
Please wear no makeup to your appointment.
If you have a lash appointment booked in please do not wear waterproof mascara 48 hours before your appointment.
